Our Team

Belinda S. Oster , CPA, MST

An owner of the firm since 2006, with a Masters Degree in Taxation from Bentley College, Belinda leads our tax and peer review practices. She specializes in the tax issues affecting small businesses and investors as well as those affecting estates and trusts, working closely with clients’ investment advisors and attorneys. Belinda serves on the board of trustees of the Prospect Woodward Home (Hillside Village Keene) and is treasurer of the Marlborough Garden Club.

Christopher R. Wheeler, CPA, CVA
Vice President

An owner of the firm since 2012, Chris leads the firm’s audit and assurance practice, with a focus on not for profit organizations. As a certified valuation analyst, he also provides consulting services to business owners to assist them with their goals and objectives. Chris is active in the greater Keene community, volunteering time, and serving as a board member for several nonprofit organizations. He received his bachelor of science in business administration and accounting from the University of Maine at Orono and attended graduate school at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.

Charles A. Prigge, CPA, MBA

Chuck has been with the firm since inception in 1991 and leads the firm’s peer review practice area. He has served as a board member and technical reviewer for New England Peer Review and is a past member of the AICPA Peer Review Board. Chuck received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College and his Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been active professionally, having served as president of the New Hampshire CPA Society, and locally, having served as president of the Keene Rotary Club and as a director of several other non-profit organizations.

Hannah Russell
Audit Manager

Hannah joined the team in 2013 and is the firm’s audit manager. She specializes in audit and accounting services for our non-profit clients and oversees audit procedures. Hannah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Salve Regina University.

Joseph D. Shawver
Staff Accountant

Joe has been with the firm since 2018 and is our QuickBooks expert, on both the desktop and online versions. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Emmaus Bible College and Certification as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Joe specializes in providing services to our small business clients.

Kyle E. Saunders
Staff Accountant

Our newest member of the team, starting in 2019, Kyle works as support staff for our audit and accounting practice. He is a recent graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Brittany Labarre
Office Manager

Brittany is a notary public and has been with the firm since 2011 and is responsible for managing client billing, accounts payable, workflow and project management as well as overseeing administrative functions.

Kelly A. Fontaine
Administrative Assistant

Kelly has been with the firm since 2018 and is responsible for office procedures and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations within the firm.
