COVID-19 helpful information & resources
Our responsibility to you, our employees, and the community
At Oster & Wheeler, PC, we remain committed to providing you with a high level of professional service, however our top priority has to be the health and safety of clients, employees and the greater community. We are doing our very best to keep you as updated as possible as new information becomes available to us. While we have gone through extraordinary measures to attain this, it seems that the new developments appear as quickly as the correspondence goes out. In an effort to not flood your inbox with our daily findings and updates, we are including some helpful links and resources here on our webpage for you to visit regularly and monitor any changes if you so choose.
While this outbreak continues to present unprecedented challenges, we are committed to providing you the best service we can. At this time, we are still working diligently to continue processing your tax returns, financial statements, payroll and bookkeeping in a timely and efficient manner. We appreciate your willingness to work with us using our no-contact options as well as your patience and flexibility as things may be a bit different than what you’ve been used to.
Just a reminder: The Federal income tax filing and payment due date is now July 15th as well as the 2019 IRA contribution deadline. The State of NH has extended business tax as well as interest and dividend tax payment and filing deadlines to June 15th for business taxpayers with 2018 tax liability under $50,000 and 2018 I&D taxpayers liability under $10,000. Those who come in over these limits will need to pay by April 15th. While these due dates have been extended, we are working with the April 15th deadline as best we can in order to help people get their refunds and any information they may need in applying for these relief programs.
There is no action necessary on your (the client) part and we are actively contacting anyone we feel has unique circumstances that may need extra attention. Again, we thank you for your assistance, patience and flexibility as we navigate through this.
While we are out of the office, we do still have access to our phone messages and emails. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about this or other financial matters. We will be sure to return your messages as we are available to help all of our clients navigate these difficult times. Please stay safe and do what you need to do to take care of yourselves and stay healthy.
